Shipping policy

Please note: As we are approaching Christmas season, deliveries can take up to 2 weeks.

This is due to Royal Mail and Courier companies having extra work loads. 

However. we generally send within 4  working days if not ordering  personalised items. 

All items are shipped using Royal Mail or Evri  and we aim to have orders despatched within Business days not including weekends or Bank Holidays, unless the item is made to Order or we are experiencing busy periods, but we will inform you and keep you updated if this occurs.

In the event an Issue arises with our Shipping Provider we will replace with an equal provider at our expense.
